EKSU Convocation 2026: Full Schedule, Fees, Certificate Collection & Payment Guide

EKSU 30th Convocation Ceremony

Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti has officially announced the schedule for its 30th Convocation Ceremony which will celebrate students who graduated during the 2024/2025 academic session.

The convocation ceremony will hold from Tuesday, April 7 to Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the EKSU Main Auditorium, Ado-Ekiti.

The ceremony will feature several academic activities including a convocation lecture, alumni events, awards presentations and the official conferment of degrees on graduating students.

  • Convocation Play

  • Convocation Lecture

Important Information for Graduating Students

The EKSU convocation ceremony involves all students who completed their studies during the 2024/2025 academic session.

Graduates are advised to confirm their names on the official EKSU website before proceeding with payment.

EKSU Convocation Fees Payment Guide

Graduates are required to pay the prescribed convocation charges through the EKSU portal.

Steps to Pay

  1. Visit the EKSU portal: eksupportal.eksu.edu.ng
  2. Click on Certificate/Transcript
  3. Create a profile using your correct information
  4. Ensure you use an active email address
  5. Click on Apply for Certificate
  6. Select your graduating year
  7. Choose your degree category
  8. Click Apply Now
  9. Select Pay Now
  10. Enter your ATM card details and complete payment

After successful payment, you will automatically be redirected back to the portal.

Requirements for EKSU Certificate Collection

Graduates who have completed their clearance will be eligible to collect their certificates during the convocation period.

Required documents include:

  • Original Statement of Result or Notification of Result
  • Student Identity Card or Department Identification Letter
  • Two Recent Passport Photographs
  • Evidence of Payment of Convocation Fees
  • Evidence of Clearance from the University

Deadline for Academic Gown Submission

All academic gowns must be returned on or before April 17, 2026. Failure to return the gown before the deadline may attract a penalty fee.
