EKSU Vice-Chancellor Marks Second Anniversary, Appreciates University Community for Support

The Vice-Chancellor of Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, Professor Joseph Babatola Ayodele, has expressed heartfelt appreciation to members of the university community and numerous well-wishers for the overwhelming support and goodwill received as he marked his second anniversary in office.
In a message released to commemorate the milestone, Professor Ayodele thanked staff, students, alumni, government officials, professional bodies, traditional leaders, media organisations, friends, and other stakeholders who celebrated the occasion through prayers, congratulatory messages, and acts of support.
Vice-Chancellor Thanks EKSU Community
The Vice-Chancellor described the outpouring of goodwill as both encouraging and inspiring, noting that it reflects the shared commitment of the entire EKSU community to the continued growth and development of the university.
He paid special tribute to the Visitor to the University and Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, as well as the First Lady, Dr. Olayemi Oyebanji, for their unwavering support of the institution.
Professor Ayodele also acknowledged the contributions of the Governing Council, Senate, Principal Officers, Management, Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments, Academic and Non-Academic Staff, Students, Alumni, and friends of the university.

According to the Vice-Chancellor, the progress recorded by EKSU over the past two years has been made possible through teamwork, dedication, cooperation, and the collective efforts of everyone associated with the institution.
He emphasized that the anniversary is not a personal achievement but a celebration of the commitment and resilience of the entire EKSU family.
