How to Check EKSU Admission List for 2025/2026 Academic Session
The Ekiti State University (EKSU) admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session is officially out. Candidates who participated in the EKSU Post UTME screening exercise can now check their admission status online.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through two simple methods to check your EKSU admission status — directly from the EKSU portal and via your JAMB CAPS profile.
First Method: Check EKSU Admission Status on the School Portal
- Visit the EKSU portal at https://eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng
- Click on Admission Status or visit directly: https://eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng/check_admission.php
- Select the Admission Year (e.g., “2025/2026”).
- Choose the Admission Type as “Post UTME”.
- Enter your Registration Number as your username.
- If you have been offered admission, you will be redirected to print your Admission Letter.
EKSU Admission Status: If you are successfully admitted, congratulations. Proceed with the next steps immediately to secure your admission.

Second Method: Login to Your EKSU Admission Dashboard
- Visit the EKSU portal again at https://eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng
- Click on “Admission Dashboard” or go directly to https://eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng/app_signin.php
- Login with your registration number and password.
- Your admission status will appear as “Admitted” if you’ve been offered admission.
- Click the link next to your admission status to print your Admission Letter.
Next Steps for Successfully Admitted Candidates
Candidates who have been offered provisional admission into EKSU’s first-degree programmes are advised to:
- Login to their JAMB CAPS portal and either ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
- Print their JAMB Admission Letter after accepting the offer.
- Print their Original JAMB Result Slip (with passport photograph on it).
- If you are offered a course different from the one you applied for, apply for a Change of Course on the JAMB portal.
Instructions to EKSU Admitted Candidates
- Print a copy of your admission letter and follow the instructions on payment of acceptance and school fees on the EKSU website (www.eksu.edu.ng).
- Go to eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng.
- Click on “Student Login”.
- Enter your registration number as username and password1 as the default password.
- Complete your biodata, upload passport photograph and signature.
- Click on “Fees Payment” to pay your acceptance and other required fees.
- Click on “Online Screening” to upload documents such as:
- JAMB Admission Letter
- EKSU Admission Letter
- O’level Results
- Birth Certificate
- Attestation Letter
- Guarantor Letter
- Certificate of Origin
- Submit your O’level result under “O’level” section for verification.
- If verified successfully, click “e-Matriculation” to generate your Matric Number and EKSU official email address.
- Click on “Course Registration” to register for your courses for the semester.
Note: You can only complete steps 5–8 after paying all required fees.
If your O’level result does not meet the requirement for your course, click on Apply for Change of Programme on the portal and wait for approval.
On resumption, proceed to the Academic Affairs Office to submit four (4) copies of all uploaded documents and proof of full payment of fees.
After completing all procedures, you will be able to print your Clearance Slip, Registration Form, and Examination Permit.
